As to the originally posted question - my vote is for Randle over Williams.
Randle has seen at least 9 targets the past 5 games, and early week reports were talking about RR taking over some of Cruz's routes in the slot going forward. Just seems like he is on the verge of being a great PPR WR for ROS.
