Those who don't think Oden will make a difference, I would suggest you watch Hibbert play against anyone close to him in weight/height and get back to me. This isn't a talented center with a lot of moves. If he was like Al Jefferson on offense, I would agree that Oden wouldn't make a difference

Are you ready for this one?

Since January 1st, 7'2 Roy Hibbert has grabbed 6 rebounds or fewer in 22 of the Pacers 33 games. This means that since the start of 2014 he grabbed 6 rebounds or fewer in 66% of their games.

Damn that's pretty shitty

Roy Hibbert rebound update: 1 rebound at the half.

Over or under 5 rebounds for the game?

He is about as overrated as Bill Russell, except Russell got rings and rebounds. :laugh3:

What's the reason for the low rebounds and is it necessarily a bad thing?

I just don't think he's ever been a great rebounder as you can see based on his career rebounding avg. As for is it a bad thing? For him personally I think it's quite embarrassing to be 7 ft 2 inches and can't grab down 9 or 10 rebounds nightly but as for the team, it's not all that bad because they're still a good rebounding team.

I'm going to start watching? Maybe he starts heading back up the court when the shot goes up? Just illustrates how amazing guys like The Round Mound of Rebound and The Worm were.
