Ranking the SEC Week 6
These rankings are based solely of what has been done on the field to date (no potential factor considered):
1. Mississippi State - Right now they have the best resume and get Auburn at home next week which works in their favor.
2. Auburn - Has to find an answer for short yardage and figure out how to contain Dak Prescott or there is going to be a big drop for them.
3. Ole Miss - Undefeated and beat Bama an argument could be made for the top spot.
4. Alabama - Their future depends on how the team responds will they pack it in or fight until the end? Finally watched most of their game offensively pretty predictable run left and throw right.
5. Georgia - With Gurly they have a shot to beat anyone if he gets hurt they will look about like Florida.
6. Texas A&M - These guys might be in trouble like 5th in the division kind of trouble.
7. Arkansas - will probably end up 6th in the west but would come in no lower than second in the East.
8. Missouri - Just be glad you don't play in the West.
9. Florida - They are squeaking by and winning plus they play LSU this week and I like the gators.
10. Kentucky - You don't want to play these guys right now they are fearless.
11. LSU - I don't think they are going to beat anyone in the West this year.
12. Tennessee - Missed a big opportunity this week to take a step forward but instead they may have saved Muschamp's job.
13. South Carolina - This team is in trouble and might drop a couple more this season.
14. Vandy - Back at the bottom and likely to stay there (had a shot in the SC game though).
Three big games this week that have the opportunity to flip some of these rankings:
Auburn @ Mississippi State
Ole Miss @ Texas A&M
Georgia @ Missouri
