Tired after work and passed out after I realized I don't get fox sports plus, found the channel it was supposed to be but all it was a Bissell vacuum commercial... I tried following on my phone but that didn't last long

Sucks you don't get FS plus on your cable plan. Just bought a house in Baytown, and I remembered to check that the regional sports were available, but didn't ask about the alternate channels...

Fox Sports Go works way better on my phone than PC for some reason. I don't lose the stream and don't get too far behind live. But when I use it on PC it's so laggy and choppy. Just a heads up for anyone else who might plan to use it in the future.

Suddenlink (I think I remember you saying that is who you had) is supposed to be usable with Fox Sports Go, so it might be worth a shot for you JTA.

Seems to only be an issue if the Stars are in the playoffs

Hamels control/command and HR numbers are a bit troubling thus far, he's on pace for 43 HBP, 119 walks and 43 HRs this year, it seems fine right now b/c he hasn't started combining the three issues, hopefully that doesn't start happening

I'm not worried just yet.

I remember that streak that Bobby Witt was on that year. It was really good while it lasted. He put together a 14 game stretch where his ERA was 1.97. Everyone thought he had turned a corner and was going to be a very good pitcher for us for years to come. He had 5 complete games in that stretch.

Hasn't Hamels been known to start off slow. So if this is slow I will take it. Basing this off of a really bad memory.

I think he was saying, "Fuck it. I don't get paid enough to put up with this shit."

Also pretty obvious neither of those guys knows the first thing about how to actually fight.

Hasn't Hamels been known to start off slow. So if this is slow I will take it. Basing this off of a really bad memory.

He is and he addressed that this ST. He said he was going to change his approach to prevent that this year.

Not worried, but those numbers combined are when things star going bad, he's pitching around those issues for now, hopefully he gets things sorted out before they begin to bleed into one another

So the question is, was he successful or lucky so far? Based on the first 2 innings last night, a lot of luck is involved so far and he's still struggling to get out the gate, but I'll take the 4 wins in his starts though, a slow starting Hamels is still better than a lot of pitchers

I just looked at the weather for Arlington and there's a slight chance, 15%, for rain right up till game time. Not too bad really.

Really would hate to have two makeup games this early in the season.

I just read that Hamels threw his 5 pitches 17 times a piece. That it was the 3rd time he had done something like that in 310 starts and 2 of those 3 times have been this April.
