Which Torrealba has proven to be throughout his career until this year

You can question his game-calling all you want but in all fairness theres a lot of subjectivity in that, it based a lot on what you think you see, when there might be any difference at all

Torrealba might in fact call a worse game than Napoli, but I think you've created a bit of that in your mind due to many of you and others dislike for Torrealba as a player

He had a nice offensive showing in Game 1 today but I think if TEX had only signed him to a 1 year deal like he got from SDP (for $750k) he wouldn't have gotten resigned for 2012. Why TEX thought he was worth $3mil a year for two years when COL let him go in 2009 when he made $3.750mil is beyond me.

They signed him 29 Nov 2009 ... it was just the beginning of the offseason. TEX had no need to be desperate.
