You quite possibly are right. DAMN IT. Ha ha

But one of the things which I've disagreed with is how this organization is always moving players around. Frankly, I see Gallo as a 'potentially' good/very good 1st baseman, but I'm not sure what to make of him at 3rd.

I agree. But if Gallo is planted at 1st, I imagine that means Guzman gets shipped out.

Gallo to 3B, Guzman at 1B?
Not a bad idea even though we will take a step back on defense but it is hard not too compared to a stud like Beltre.

Who would you put in the line up?

May not be the answer, but I would like to give the kid a shot at his natural position to make sure that we don’t let a gem get away.

Another team could pick him up and he could be a great player for them.

He is another .200 hitter of Banny's bench. Again, who would put out there hitting over .200?

With Marteeen as well as Tony B coming back, it is going to be interesting how they make room to keep Colon.

Colon goes down imo. Perez stays and Tony stays if he performs ok. If not, Tony goes and Colon back up.

I agree. But if Gallo is planted at 1st, I imagine that means Guzman gets shipped out.

My dilemma is I think Gallo is a good athlete, but b/c of his mere size, I just don't see him being a natural at 3rd. But after watching him last year at 1st, I think he can be terrific there.

So if we move Gallo to 3rd and he's just OK there, and Guzman is not as good as Gallo, either with glove or bat, who'd you rather hang on to?

As stated, I don't want to see us continue with moving young guys around due to expediency, cost, or lack of better option, and hurt them/us long term. That's my biggest rub.

In my mind, Gallo would only be at 3B if Beltre is down. Beltre's eventual permanent replacement (Father Time is undefeated, even aganist Beltre) would not be Gallo.

Is Wash coaching or did Rua do something idiotic on his own. No reason to try and steal with Choo at the plate and already in scoring position.

I am thinking Gallo will be fine at 3B. I think we were all pretty surprised at how well he adjusted to 1B so he might have it in him to surprise us at 3B as well. Seems like he did fine there last year when Beltre was down.

Ohtani went deep in Anaheim.

Thinking the rangers might’ve missed out on a good one

Both Rangers "A" level teams will have a 6 man rotation.
