Good on them... KC just won the Super Bowl and got a ton of fucking money. I get the Royals suck ass but pay for your own fuckin' stadium upgrades. Hell KC even managed to win a couple Series if I recall correctly...

On that note... the KC Royals.. would anyone even give a fuck if that team just moved to Canada or just resigned from the MLB? I feel like nobody gives a fuck about the Royals. Like if someone says, "The Royals made the playoffs!" Everyone has to look up who the fuck they are, who is on their team, who owns it, who manages it... but then immediately forgets it like 72 hours later.

I do like the Royals, genuine fans, good people. Just a badly run team outside of about 2 years in this century. And for the record, how have the Mariners done in the playoffs? Would the MLB miss them all that much?

But why does the juggernaut NFL need to cut back? They are constantly growing every year.
