LOL I think Maggs wasnt happy for the 1st penalty & decided he was determined to ruin Hamilton's race.

To you F1 gurus.
Doesnt the drivers have some form of penalty points system that carries with them for a year or something like that?
If so. Magnussen used up a bunch of those points in this race just to say FU to Hamilton.
Would love to have a microphone around those two today.
