I honestly think the Raiders encourage the undisciplined play. Kind of goes along with being renegades. I know that sounds dumb, but I really believe that.

I almost believe that when it comes to the aggressive play, such as unsportsmanlike conducts and late hits, but the stupid false starts are mental and wouldn't be encouraged as part of that culture.
