Im curious how the Rangers finish ahead of the Angels, but the Angels get the WC. Typo or am I missing something here? Sorry don't mean to pick at you. Just wondering if Im not seeing something obvious.

You're predicting the Yankees to finish in 4th place? They're STACKED! On paper, they are WS Champs.

Apparently you missed the off season and all the moves Cashman made LOL

I am hoping that the  smiley is being used as sarcasm. The Sox will not get as lucky as they did last year, but they still have a team that is as good as the Yankees. The Rays have the pitching, Baltimore picked up Jimenez yesterday to improve their team. Toronto was the sexy pick last year and still have most of those players.

Sox, Yankees, and Rays will end the season bunched up for the top three spots in the division.

what the.................

they have 3 teams with 90+ wins in the NL Central - no effing way

No they don't. That's 2013's final standings. Fangraphs has the Cards winning the division at 87 games.

Of course, projections are pretty conservative. Does anyone really think there'd be only one 90+ win team (Dodgers)? And I have my doubts about the Marlins winning 72 games. But to see PECOTA pegging the Dodgers at 98 wins is pretty wacky. They look good.

Both projections have the Yanks finishing with a worse record than last season. Do you honestly believe that's gonna happen? If so, you're nuts. The Yankees were a disaster last season with all the injuries and that triple A team they fielded. The only question remark that remains now is the bullpen. So with that said, they will easily win 90+ games and another AL East pennant. Bank on it.

I am hoping that the  smiley is being used as sarcasm. The Sox will not get as lucky as they did last year, but they still have a team that is as good as the Yankees. Not so much sarcasm as I am dumbfounded. You'd think with all the off season moves the Yankees made, they would be expected to finish 1-2, not 4th. The Rays did nothing to improve their offense and that will continue to be their Achilles heel. The O's will improve on last season, they have a young team full of studs with a good manager.

Agree with you on this, last season we had 11 teams with 90+ wins. Now only one? Doubtful.

Predicting the baseball season in February is like pointing a gun at the sky and trying to shoot the Sun.

No one knows what's going to happen, just have fun with it.
