Dead serious. Hayse accomplished what he did in the state of Ohio, with some of the best high school football programs in the nation. Osborne did it in Nebraska, with some high schools in the state. Osborne had more wins and fewer losses.

He also has 3 national titles, 12 Big Eight titles, 1 Big 12 title, and he never won less than 9 games and never lost more than 3 his entire coaching career. And a very classy guy.
