I don't care if he does. He would need years to switch up to his system. and Snyder isn't going to give anyone enough years to make that kind of change.

Switch your 3 interior lineman and maybe your right tackle to strong push lineman rather than mobile O-lineman

Free agency and draft ... 2-3 years if you are lucky

and LOL at go from 3-4 to 3-4 ... two different versions of that .... actualy several ... but thats just on the D-line
