Logan Paulsen is making some good points that occurred to me with the hires today.

Having hired someone like Kingsbury who strength is the passing game and pairing him with someone Lynn to help bolster the run makes me feel better overall. There is lots of experience on the staff melded with a few younger guys. Hopefully it will help ..... or it could be like the Hatfields and McCoy's.

This staff is phenomenal.
OL coach is the only head scratcher but KK knows what he is doing.

If we get the right players, we could be .500 next year.
A lot would have to go right buts possible if we fix the OLine, get solid qb play, and allow the defensive staff to do their magic.

Having a GM and talented, experienced coaches are worth a few game by themselves.

I expect a huge influx of players in free agency and via the draft.

I am so interested in seeing what KK and the coaches do on the OLine. Pure air raid is 4 wides and a RB. The OLine uses larger splits. Mike Leach, Spurrier and many others played this way in college.

Of course I don't expect the O to run a pure air raid. This will be fun to see how they use this offense and what packages they use. Gonna be fun.

Not sure what you mean dad. I did research Kingsbury. Not sure I love the air raid offense. That's the point of my post. I am interested in how they implement that offense here.

If you mean look at his record in AZ it is two different situations .... I hope.

This tells me we got Kliff for his brains not his Offense.. with this much brain power our teams Offense will be built not plug and play ..Offense will be built based on what the qb does good and bad ..

Hmm, interesting.
I wonder what the plan for developing OLinemen is if that is true.
I am probably not tracking correctly but teaching technique is hopefully something Johnson will be involved in and excel at.

Giants gave up a bunch of sacks, but that could have been on the injuries. I think Keim said they were 4th in rushing under him one year.
