Yes. The best part of the year when your team sucks like the Phillies is in the off-season when the anticipation of getting better is the focus rather than watching a bunch of over-paid stiffs lose a lot.

I'm not sure. I don't know if he ever signed up here. If he did, I was not aware of it.

Sometimes he still sends weird emails to me and the guys in the fbb league that QT got booted from. lol

So what do you think is the first thing the Phillies should or have to do in this off season even if it is limited .
Hope and dope, being put down the fans throats is a possibility to keep them in the seats as long as possible (Mets ,sorry)
Or do you see them being aggressive to try and catch one more season of re-bounding players hitting on all cylinders with a prayer with a touch of FA?

The Phillies have their hands full with their payroll already so they will have to get creative. The guys that are still around from that great 2008 season are fading. Sad but true.

It could be that they are both just taking a break for a while until there is something more worthwhile to talk about. Wait until the WS is over and the trade rumors start up. If they still don't show up then we can start printing their pictures on milk cartons.
