Indeed very good start vasi is 20 years old looks like a 5 year NHL vet! Get the feeling we will be seeing him full time starting next year. He is still getting used to North American ice rink but this guys learns fast!

In my paper this morning they barely mentioned Vasi's first game. I thought it was a heck of an achievement and worthy of a bit more. Florida's shootout victory over the Caps in the 20th round got more attention.

Ok the Bolts finally won one. PP sucked (0-4), SOG sucked considering all this talent, & lacking a dominant physical game (Flyers out hit us). Bolt, you're correct about Bishop not being as good as last season. He's starting to remind me of Roloson! Down with Pooper & no Gay Butcher wasn't the answer before & still is not. The Gurls need a seasoned NHL coach & not a wanna be NHL coach that is only AHL quality, period! Ole Pooper don't switch up the lines, doesn't make adjustments during the game he just chomps his gum & giggles like a school gurl! Ax this son of a bitch! Chomp chomp chomp

Sorry Todd you're correct, I didn't address Vassi. He played an extraordinary great game. A great talent he is truly. My question is though, how long (presuming he gets the starting position sometime) will it take to burn him out too? I'm basing my opinion on the observation of Bishop or Nabokov (or any net-minder) being solely the D on this Lightning team.
