do i grab him? might take a while to settle in in NY
Is this for a one year league or a keeper/dynasty setup? The Titans are starting Mettenberger this week so Hunter/Wright should see a boost as the season goes on. No idea if they plan on sticking with him or not. But if they do I would stick with what you have. If they go back to Locker when he's healthy I would probably cut Hunter for Harvin.
I wouldn't be very certain at all that a 6th round rookie is going to be any better for Hunter's value than Locker or Charlie were. In fact I'd say it'll get even worse. Not every third string QB turns out to be Austin Davis. I'd cut Hunter for Harvin any day
I just traded for harvin. And now I am counting on him to be my new stud.

I think he will be more dud than stud. Maybe a okay flex play in ppr that's about it.
Absolutely pick him up. Now!
Listen, he may bust - but the potential reward here is crazy high. He is going to have to perform if he wants to see another contract. Who else are the Jets going to turn to? Their best offensive player is freaking Ivory. Lol.
He will be the #1 WR. He will get jet-sweep packages. He will return punts and kicks. The potential is there.
I'd take Harvin over Holmes and Hunter.
He's the kind of player I like to stash - he does no harm on your bench if he's putting up bum numbers, but has a decent chance to put up crazy numbers and then you can start him. Yeah, he's with Geno now, but his best season and a half were with Christiamnotverygood Ponder.
And if Percy "Fight Club" Harvin still insists on mixing it up with his teammates, maybe the backup QB can organize off-day events at his house for that purpose.
(Yeah, okay, he probably wouldn't any more. Couldn't resist.)
