Per WBZ................JG May Play Thursday

Per WBZ early this morning, Jimmy Garappolo may play Thursday night against the Texans. JG did not participate in a walk through practice Tuesday, but was at Gillette. He was seen entering the domed practice facility with trainers. A short time later OC Josh McDaniels and several other coaches were also seen entering the dome. There are no windows and the media is not allowed in the dome except for open practices.

No one has said how long anyone was in the dome or anything about getting any information.

When asked directly, Bill Belichick said, "As with every player on this team, it's a game time decision."

Is it a ruse? Is BB forcing Bill O'Brien to spend unnecessary time game planning for JG? Or is it a possibility that JG may not have been injured anywhere near as severe as everyone thought or thinks?

I like the JE11 idea. Multiple wildcat formations Jacoby and JE running around the ends with Blount crashing the middle. Run the opposite side of JJ. If Watt becomes a factor have Bennett handle that assignment. Throw in a couple pass options and NE has a chance to win this game.

Crazy how many different reports are coming out of how healthy Jimmy G really is. Today was reading a report that he can't even lift his arm above shoulder level yet. Good luck to the Patriots tonight. Honestly torn on who to cheer for. Probably cheer for the Patriots though as wouldn't mind seeing Osweiler put on his behind a few times tonight.

Tom Curran of CSNNE said this morning that JG had a difficult time lifting food with a fork to his mouth yesterday. He said he watched him struggle and that he couldn't use a knife to cut food. That pretty much tells me that JG is a no go for tonight. Belichick just wants the Texans to spend time preparing for bot JG AND JB.

In all honesty I really didn't see him getting hit all that hard and I thought he would be fine. Then again, I have never had a 300 pound guy land with all of his weight on my shoulder.
