Doobster your worrying me here. The Pens are a little like the Steelers. They tend to play down to their competition. By all rights the Baby Pens could show up and beat the Sabers, but you've got to take them seriously.

By the way the baby Pens beat their arch rival Hershey Bears (think Pens/Flyers only a little more serious) last night for first place in their division.

12-0 Pens. And teams have noticed that if you are big and physical on Sid, he disappears. He needs to figure this out during the year or he will be MIA in the playoffs again

I'll say one thing, if we get out hustled and physically outplayed by the Sabres, I'm going to be worried about this team, even if we win 12-0 like Scouty says. Sabres are basically an AHL team like Burgh implied, no excuse to get outperformed in any facet of the game against these guys, especially after being exposed by Winnipeg.

Sabres gave up 51 shots to the Oilers just last night too. Would be a total joke if we lose this game.

Statistically speaking, Pens should win this game 4-1, but I could see the Sabres taking note from the Jets and bogging us down with dirty play, then the Pens will play down to their level. That's what worries me the most. It would be really embracing if we lost to this team. Would change the course of the season IMO.
