I like Pascal Dupuis and he seemed to bring the best out of Sid as well. It's a shame he can't go out on his own terms.

There have been three players that have done that with Sid...Hossa, Guerin, and Duper. One because he's a superior talent, and two because they were just goof balls that let Sid know hockey was allowed to be fun. I'm gonna miss the dickens out of Duper.

One of my all time favorite Pens. I'm happy that he made a decision that hopefully means he'll be able to be a dad to those kids for decades to come.

I heard he has been traded to AZ for a saguro cactus, a conditional 7th rounder and 2 lower bowl season tickets for the Las Vegas Coyotes (2018-19 season).

J/K glad to see he is making the right call from a medical perspective.

One of the only Pens I didn't really want to fire into permanent orbit. A class act and an honest player.

Hopefully his issues will let him enjoy retirement with his family in good health. I could see Dupuis being the kind of guy who lands in a front office somewhere though. Seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

Coach Dupuis...it's coming. Props next week.

Sad for Dupuis, that's a terrible way to go out but at least he leaves the game healthy and alive.

Also sad for Pix b/c her love of Pascal is WELL documented. She's got a thing for caterpillar eyebrows I guess. Must be a big fan of this actor...
