Yeah, this is pretty ridiculous. It's called home field advantage for a reason. I can understand not using the video screen to "demean" officials or opposing players/teams. However, I fail to see how showing replays of actual calls and plays that have happened in a game is demeaning.


Maybe they should just make a rule that fans should sit quietly in the stands and watch the game?

"Any fans caught booing refs during PAC-12 games, will immediately be removed from the stadium and forced to complete PAC-12 approved sensitivity training before returning to any further games".

So, when a play is under review, scoreboard operators are not allowed to show the fans at the game the play in question.

The refs for the FSU/OSU game were Pac-12 refs. They were the jackasses that stopped the clock with 31 seconds left to find out how the fucking HELMET rule works. Damn I know the ACC refs blow. Nice to see others have the same problems.

Prime example for the ACC was the run off of time due to a penalty. FSU/Miami game at the half in 2012.

But at least our refs are not pussies. Holy hell I feel for you Pac guys.

Pac 12 refs have been terrible for as long as I can remember and they almost always stay that way, no matter what the league does to try to improve it. I think little Hochuli is gone to the NFL now, too, and he was pretty much the best they had.

Scott has, as far as I can recall, been trying. He's brought in new people, he hired some respected guy whose name and background I can't remember to oversee shit, doesn't matter. There is a culture of failure. They're so scared of getting it wrong and being yelled at now that they keep fucking up.
