So, when a play is under review, scoreboard operators are not allowed to show the fans at the game the play in question.

Pansy ass refs in this conference which are atrocious as it is now have their panties in a bunch.

Unbelievable. It is called home field advantage and the fans have a right to see the replays, and when they do see the replay have the right to boo a crappy call.

This is one of the parts of the game for a stadium attendee. Watch the replay and discuss with your buddies. Boo when they miss it and cheer when they get it right.

They are taking the ticket holders that go to games right out of the game.

Why not watch it on tv?

When I watched the Arizona/UNLV game, I couldn't help but think to myself "man these refs are doing a great job." They pretty much went the whole game unnoticed which is how it should be. Then I come to find out that they were BIG 12 refs I believe. What are they doing, as far training goes, that the PAC 12 isn't? Why are our refs such a joke?

I don't know what it is man. I am the same as you when Oregon has a bowl game. ACC crew was fantastic in the games the Ducks had them as officials.

Our refs are derps. I wish I had the answer.
