Tiger isn't very likeable and I must admit I get a bit of pleasure seeing him fail so epically.

You were close ..WD after 11 holes.

Ever notce how when Woods is hitting the ball badly he starts grabbing at his back and doing some overly theatrical wincing?

SAN DIEGO – The questions surrounding Tiger Woods’ game grew in volume Thursday when he withdrew during the first round of the Farmers Insurance Open.

Grimacing and grabbing his back after each errant drive, Woods walked off Torrey Pines – site of some of his greatest triumphs – after only 11 holes on the North Course. He was 2 over par for the day, and once again near the bottom of the leaderboard.

Woods was coming off his worst round as a pro, an 11-over 82 that resulted in a last-place finish at the Phoenix Open. After that round, he denied having an injury, saying that he was “fine” and that his back was “not an issue anymore.”

I have not believed most of it for some time now.

I'm ashamed to admit how pleasing that is to me.

Woods said his "glutes are shutting off."

"Then they don't activate and then, hence, it goes into my lower back," he said, sounding more like a physical therapist than a 14-time major champion. "So I tried to activate my glutes as best I could in between, but they never stayed activated."

He has officially gone off the reservation.

So, he's trying to activate his bubble ass? In the old days, he would do the Humpty Dance after each round.

Was it the grimacing or the grabbing of the back that did it for you? :pound:

PS: I'm not ashamed...

Neither. Its the epic failure on the golf course and the corresponding public humiliation of such a complete asshole that I like.

How is it weird? They asked him what was wrong and he told them. There's a disconnect between the lower body and the upper body on his downswing and the glute is a massive muscle. His body can't take the coil anymore and it's breaking down. The reason he's screwed is because he's not the type of golfer that's going to beat guys with experience because he's been playing power golf his entire life and his body can't take it anymore.

Uh huh, sure. Notice how the other 72 players who all experienced the same fog delay that Woods did didn't have problems with their "glutes firing" thus hurting their backs? Notice how none of them dropped out of the tournament because they were playing like shit? Funny how Woods was the only one who experienced that nonsense.
