Late night action

What happened last night? Well...

Oklahoma took advantage of EVERY West Virginia mistake to win 56-28 and stay alive in the playoff. As for USC, they beat UCLA to do 2 things: Keep Clay Helton in Los Angeles and put a s--tload of pressure on Colorado next week.
And finally, Colorado State bids a fond farewell to Hughes Stadium by kicking New Mexico out of the Mountain West race. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, doesn't it?

Week 12 Review

And finally, it's time for "What We've Learned This Week in College Football!"

What I've learned is...

1. Ohio State and Michigan had crappy dress-rehearsals yesterday. It's okay, guys; Nina Sayers had those problems in "Black Swan", and she turned out fine. Your game in Columbus next week will be just fine!

2. On that note, the Big 10 has the playoff committee staying up all night (thanks to Penn State and Wisconsin). And it's just what the conference wants!

3. Did you know that teams like Boston College, Hawaii, and Vanderbilt could win a bowl spot next week?

4. Don't be surprised if Kansas stomps Kansas State next week.

And finally, this thread is OVER! Starting soon, I'll have a new thread up and running. And guess what it's going to be about? Rivalry week.
