OU has one of the finest football history of any college team. One can pick just about any team and come up with a stat that make them look great or horrific. All this is nice to learn some unimportant facts, however has little to do with whether or not a team is going anywhere. This year's OU team looks pretty good to me. We shall see how it sorts out.....injuries and bad luck plays a big part in the final outcome.

That has a lot to do with any team. Oklahoma's 2000 national championship team is proof of that. We could do it this year, but some things are going to have to go our way. I'm more inclined to say next year might more likely be our year on paper.

No that logic only works for SEC teams. Only get the original ranking when you play them if your in that conference. Other conferences you have to use the final rankings. Thought everyone knew that.
