OSU @ AZ

This is yet another important game. Aside from the 'every game is important' mantra, this game will show us a little more of what we are working with after Ashley. It will provide NJ and AG with a better opportunity to bounce back, and pick it up for the team. We need to get this win to protect McKale, and prepare for the game @ McKale North. I think this game will either be a shot in the arm for confidence. If we squeak another win out, it could have huge negative mental implications for the ASU game.

Hoping for the former.

Beavers have no PG, cept for #3 Cooks. Beavers run that "high-low" crap and would be well served to have a penetrating PG. As for SG Nelson, he can get his shots anytime.

W/o the aid of a big time man in the middle, Beavers should get their shots today down low and outside.


Beavers have the conference's top FG % guy in Collier, top scorer in Nelson and I believe the top 3pt shooter in % (not sure). Their good size down low and tenecious when rebounding.

Their problem is that they were not taught have to defend their goal and that is a major fault of theirs.

Correction...OSU is the TOP 3-point shooting % TEAM in the conference. Zona D should get "streched out" IF those 3-balls start going down for OSU.
