Steve and EJ are on NHL Network talking about all the connections between Jarome Iginla and Looch why a trade to Edmonton makes great sense for Iggy.

Someone remove all the sharp objects from the dash household.

Well, the season series is done between the two teams and I doubt they would meet up in the playoffs (not likely first round opponents, heck Calgary is still in tough to make the playoffs). Still, I would not be a happy camper if Iggy ended up in Edmonton.

/I still don't like the fact that Kris Russell plays for that team.

From his Mother's FB: "So very thankful to Mr.Cole for stopping by today with 2 fantastic gifts. He reached out to his friends the Foligno brothers of the NHL and they came through huge for Luke! Nick Foligno the Captain of the Columbus Blue Jackets sent one of his jerseys signed by the whole team and his brother Marcus Foligno of the Buffalo Sabres sent one of his jerseys signed with a personal message to Luke!! I've said it before and I'll say it again, hockey players are all class when it comes to their fans. Just amazingly kind and supportive. These 2 gentlemen lost their Mother to cancer, so they understand the impact it has on families. Sending love to you both and to our new wonderful friend Mr.Cole for making my little buddy happy today. Luke hasn't been taking many photos lately, but he perked up with a little smile. Bless this sweet boy."

Good folks, them Foligno Boys.

Leafs go gangbusters to start this game, including hitting the post twice, but come up empty handed. Gardiner then has what might've been his worst shift as a Leaf and it's 1-0 STL.

Hahahaha...on the Bos-SJ game on SNet the announcer was taking about some guy who played at Bowling Green and was "miraculously not killed in the Bowling Green massacre"

Was watching that game (Dallas/Ottawa); What an odd goal, yes if anything signifies the Dallas season it's that goal.

The funny thing is that the announcer probably thought he was sounding all learned and informed while making his joke there. But the Bowling Green that plays D1 hockey is actually the Ohio one, not the one in Kentucky.
