Looks like Stanford released the track with Exum, Edwards and himself.

Out of all the actions taken by all of the AD's this year, Weaver made the move that helped his department out the most when he retired....maybe that's why he is up there?

Good Analysis, but his overall body of work (other than his last big move with basketball) was pretty decent.

Not entirely, but VT did lead the nation in drops last year.

and how many drops can be blamed on Thomas for throwing the ball at the receiver's knee's or 3 ft above their head, yet they were still able to make an effort and get a hand on the ball?

None. Those aren't considered drops.

Jeffro's examples may be extreme but the premise is worth questioning. What counts as a "drop"? Some count a drop if the ball is anywhere in the receiver's arm range but doesn't come up with the catch. So if LT threw a ball to Byrn slightly behind him on the back shoulder (a ridiculously hard catch but still conceivably catchable), it could be counted as a drop.

FWIW, I don't believe WRs were much of a problem. They were the first couple of games but they got considerably better as the year went along.

Poll: Should Virginia Tech sell beer at Lane Stadium? - Roanoke Times: Andy Bitter Virginia Tech Football

I voted Yes because I'm selfish and would like a beer during the game. Plus, I doubt it would make things worse anyway. From my personal experience and observations, a good chunk of the alcohol disturbances at our games are usually from underage people that binged too much before the game. So they wouldn't even be allowed to buy beer in stadium anyway

I went to 5 UVA Va Tech games at Lane Stadium and never had an issue with a drunk. Tech fans at Scott is another story.

I agree. Only been heckled a few times at Lane, all were joking around. VT fans that come to Scott are awful.

Maybe the VT fans at Scott just stick out more....after all, the fans in orange and maroon are the only one's celebrating in Charlottesville every other year. It always stings a little more to see opposing team's fans celebrate at your own venue. :peace2:
