Happy to know that didn't happen then. Now I would not be averse to it. Hell at this point I would not care if we signed Odell and Brown vast improvement in skills vast adversity to mature team first attitude. But I do feel we have some Vets and Coaches that can manage that.

I don't know why this is a thread. Sure he said he was very, very, very, very close to signing, but also stated the reason he didn't was Tom Brady was no longer here...

Since Brady hasn't been here in two years it means he wasn't actually close to signing. He was going out of his way to complement Brady and BB and using the very, very, very, very close strictly as hyperbole.

Sometimes it's less about being respectful and more about feeling respected. To complicate that concept more is the pesky little perception thing for everyone decides for themselves what showing respect looks like and when disrespect is being shown based on their own perception. Then add into the mix that agents (aka LAWYERS) muddle with anything they can to help their clients (* cough line their own pockets more cough *).
