I thought Osborne would give him more time. The team has been young the last 2 seasons.
Prior to Callahan T.O. had never fired anyone and Dollar Bill called T.O. a 'crusty old fuck' to boot. That's like trying to get fired.
Obviously the expectations are much higher next year.
If this same happens next year then I will be off the bandwagon. I am just not choosing to jump off after 1 horrendous season followed up with a bad season with signs of promise at a northern school in a sport that is so unbelievably slanted to the south.
I see your points. But Texas is the only Big XII team really standing out. It's as if #2 will be by default, north or south.
Would you settle for a midddle of the pack Big XII (4th, 5th or 6th) regular season finish and a road regional loss?
