L.A. might be a shit hole, never been there, so I can't say! I can say this with 100% certainty, New Orleans is a shithole. Literally! Most of the place is below sea level and they have pumps running 24 hrs a day to pump the shit out.
Indy's a great city. Having been to both LA and Indy in the last year, if I'm spending the cash on SB tickets, I'd much rather be in Indy. If you're wanting to go to the beach, I suppose LA is your spot, but it's only 68 there today so it's not like you're catching some waves.L.A. is a hole. You know what's not a hole? Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Dana Point, Huntington Beach, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, Palisades............you get the picture. I go out there as frequently as I possibly can with it being such a short distance from the Phoenix area. You don't have to stay in L.A. if you're planning on going to the game. Would you rather travel to some cold, ugly, piece of crap Midwestern state like Indiana or travel to Southern California in January?
Shit, 68 degrees is beach weather to me right now.Indy's a great city. Having been to both LA and Indy in the last year, if I'm spending the cash on SB tickets, I'd much rather be in Indy. its football. you dont need an enclosed stadium.
And the bitching has begun.

Or I'm not a fan of paying out the ass for an overpriced, crowded city? It's 74 today and 82 on Sat and Sunday. Its 39 in Indy today with chance of shower tonight and 49 and 39 on Saturday and Sunday with a chance of rain. LOL
If you'd rather be in Indy with some free days before a game you're nuts.

Of course you aren’t showing the getting stabbed and mugged that LA predominantly is.
Yeah you might pay 50 bucks less a room per night. But you're in Indianapolis in 30 degree weather instead of chilling by the beach watching chicks in bikinis playing volleyball .

No way! Chicks in bikinis! And I get to be a creep and ogle them right in public?

Well Ive lived here my whole life. Ive gone to the south bay a lot (lots of friends in the area) and have yet to be stabbed or mugged. But I have seen many bikini clad women play volleyball and roller blade /bike/ run on the strand. You need to stop watching movies. lolOf course you aren’t showing the getting stabbed and mugged that LA predominantly is.

Give me a break. 50 bucks less a room is barely even the start.
LOL. It's crazy to me anyone would even think of going to Indi if they had a chance to hang out in So cal. In February

I been to Southern California in February before ... very nice (not quite Hawaii but nothing is) ... like any other big city, you have to know where not to go.
If you're a tourist there's only certain places you want to go anyway and those aren't in bad neighborhoods. Venice is sketchy if you leave the actually beach are but it's easy to see that you've gone too far. It's the same in Miami. And even Hawaii has it's bad neighborhoods .
