Sounds like 6'7" 305lb OT Charlie Shuman from Virginia has decommitted from ODU and committed to PSU upon receiving his offer after they evaluated his senior film.

He's going to run on. He is from an affluent suburb of Rochester NY so it makes sense he can afford to pay his own way at least for a couple years.

yeah, I updated that in recruiting thread. He did turn down a full ride to a D-1 program to run on, which is always good to hear. Can't hurt to add depth without using a schollie
