They currently have ONE win over a team projected to make the tournament. Getting the shit kicked out of you by a team that would have been lucky to make the NIT isn't a good look. The mid majors are really down this year. The Mtn. West and A-10 have been atrocious relative to what they've been in prior years.

I don't think MTSU will get in. Losing to a team like Southern Miss is awful, plus they have no RPI top 50 wins. I can't imagine a team has ever been an at-large selection without a top 50 RPI win(maybe WKU sneaks in to the top 50 though).

I'd probably have St. Mary's in Dayton right now. They just aren't playing well as of late. They were playing really well early in conference season though. I'm gonna start building my bracket tomorrow night, so I'll have a more clear picture.
