Need advice on trade offer/ Guru league

A new start up dynasty league .5 ppr 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR,1 TE, 2 RB/WR/TE. I got a trade proposal.
I get:
1.7
2.6
5.7

He gets:
1.12
2.1
4.1

I like the offer, because of course I want a true stud in the first round and the last pick in round one doesn't always provide that. Now I"m wondering if countering with getting 4.6 instead of 5.7 would appeal.

No. League start up draft. I decided to accept because I'm getting a draft spot I like a lot.

It's not bad but if this includes vets I'd rather have the late first and early second.

In dyansty start up, I'm guessing a couple QB go in the first. Maybe a Gronk too.

I'm on the fence in the deal. If you really like the top seven option, and see no difference in 2.1 and 2.6, I say why not! That said, I don't think I would do it.

Hard to say, when your playing FF with folks for the first time. I don't think either a QB or Gronk goes in the first though.
Looking at rankings for dynasty, players get dinged for age, lot of rankings have A. Brown being the third WR in rankings for example.

Will to be honest I'd like it a lot more if the pick was 1.5 rather then 1.7, but I figure at least a couple of owners will go WR.

Agree. Hard to say.
But my gut says Aaron Rodgers and Gronk go in the first. Maybe Russell Wilson too.
