I think a lot of you guys are predicting a score closer than what it'll actually be. Husky Stadium can be a tough place to play, but Nebraska is no stranger to playing in tough stadiums. The Huskies special teams is atrocious and the D is not too much better. I'm assuming Nebraska's special teams is probably pretty good. This will result in decent field position for Nebraska and crummy field position for Washington for most of the game. I'd expect the Huskers will be able to move the ball and aside from the odd drive here and there, the Huskies will have trouble moving the ball against the Nebraska D. Even if they manage to keep the game close, outside of the USC game last year, Washington just hasn't proven that they have the ability to make big plays when the game is on the line. I'll be rooting for the Huskies all the way, my heart says they have a slim chance at the upset, but my head says no way.

I'll go with Nebraska 35, Washington 17.

Husky stadium is a pretty hard place to play. Apparently the highest decibel level recorded in a college football game was when we played them there in 1992....135 decibels.

But that didn't matter last time we played there and it won't this time either. It won't be a cake walk and it won't be pretty, but I think the defense again makes huge plays and takes Locker out of the heisman talk for good.

No superman numbers from Martinez but Helu and Burkhead will grind it out behind a strong defensive effort.

Nebraska 30
Washington 16

I will say this..........Bo gets the guys ready to go for road games. I can only think of one road game since he's been at Nebraska where the team didn't show up.....that was Oklahoma in 2008, when we spotted them like 28 points in the first 5 minutes.

Otherwise, look at his resume. In big games away from home Bo has the team ready to go. Both bowl games, Big 12 Championship game, at Va Tech, at Texas Tech in 2008....

well that says something.

I think they are a solid team and will have a good season. However I do think from a talent aspect we are better and should win assuming no major mistakes.
