This begs the question....how, if at all, will this affect The Fulmer Cup?
But the schools won’t be paying players. Funny coincidence though, the neighbors of coaches will be paying tons of money for recruits to be a spokesperson for their hospital or signing a jersey to hang in a dealership. The NCAA will fuck this up, with title 9, shit.
Sorry but blue Chip, BB and high FB, recruits, will be the few making money.
So Oregon has more CFP wins than all but 2 SEC teams? Nice.
With none of the National Championships. That's not nice, but funny as fuck. Even Kentucky and Vandy can claim a Natty.
True story you reminded me of. Several years ago a small school superintendent here in West Texas bought himself a nice used Cadillac for about $13,000. Community raised hell saying if they were paying him enough to afford a fancy Cadillac they were overpaying him. The school board caught a lot of hell and asked the superintendnet if he would get rid of the Cadillac so people would quit bothering them. So he traded the Cadillac in for a $32,000 pick up and everything was fine.Except people will cry about how can you limit what people make, that’s unamerican. In no line of work do you say how much is too much to pay someone.
He can afford to. He's already got his sack full enough. So, will he?
We have players. We need to buy a coach.USC is about to be relevant again buying up players.
I believe there is a sports caster on Fox with your name on him.We have players. We need to buy a coach.
Vandy does not claim a natty. Neither does Oregon, but both could claim titles awarded by dubious means.
I am glad I chose the word can … damned near messed that up. Auburn has victories over the two teams that played for a CFP natty one season. I guess we will take that with one Natty from the BCS and one before.
Oregon CAN claim a natty as well.
how many schools does Nike have agreements with? would this really serve Nike's overall interests to do that? That makes too much sense. They are going to allow boosters to pay tens of thousands of dollars to buy up every player’s they can. Oregon is about to sign the top 30 recruits every year because no one will be able to compete with that Nike money.
Now finally, someone asking the important and hard hitting questions! This begs the question....how, if at all, will this affect The Fulmer Cup?
Would it serve Nike’s best interest to have their chosen team in the national title game in the two major sports and winning more than they lose serve their best interest, probably.how many schools does Nike have agreements with? would this really serve Nike's overall interests to do that?
So, will he?
As already stated, all I want is my NCAA Football back. I can’t play that garbage Madden. One group worked on a project they cared about, the other was trying to make as much money as possible. No secret which is which if you take two minutes and look at youtube.
no one is paying money for a recruits autograph on a jersey he hasnt played in.But the schools won’t be paying players. Funny coincidence though, the neighbors of coaches will be paying tons of money for recruits to be a spokesperson for their hospital or signing a jersey to hang in a dealership.
