Dragic to Miami would be the biggest upside IMO. Miami pretty much has nothing at PG

Miami presently has the best talent of the Teams mentioned so far.

I wonder why he said no to Houston?

Maybe he's bitter about the way he was cast out?

Fair trade?

I say steal for the Heat by a mile....

Earlier today, I said Luol Deng could be the surprise player moved before the deadline. Now, it seems he could be dealt for Goran Dragic.

BKS, what happens if they ask for Deng and...WHITESIDE?

Does Pat say no?

Would you want him to?

He better say no. Trading Whiteside & adding dragic wouldn't help much as we would still have a obvious weakness. Right now our weakness is at pg and that weakness will go back to C if we do it. No way he does it considering how long it took him to actually bring a center here

Wow...Sanders must really be screwed up to walk away from 27 million bucks.

Larry Sanders and the Milwaukee Bucks have agreed upon a buyout, a league source tells RealGM.

Sanders is expected to receive $13 million on the rest of his $40 million contract.

Sanders has served a 10-game suspension this season for violating the NBA's anti-drug program and has been out for "personal reasons."

Sanders signed a four-year, $44 million contract extension in 2013.

With Sanders being bought out before March 1, he would be eligible to sign with a team and be included on their playoff roster.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong.

If he signed in 2013, shouldn't he have already received 11 mil of that sum last Season and most of the 11 mill he would have been paid this year?

Regarding Goran Dragic's list of desired teams given to Phx, I'm told there are 7 in all. Lakers on, Houston is not - usatoday.com/story/sports/n…

Why would the Lakers want him? They pick him up & they might start winning games & mess up their draft lottery spot. Is this correct...if the Lakers don't have one of the top 5 or 6 picks don't they have to trade the pick due to previous trade's they've made? I thought I heard that somewhere.

He's got big impact when he's playing. It's to bad his mind is not right.

Probably some bitterness along with Harden dominating the ball there. Dragic wants control of the offense.

The pick is top-5 protected. Adding Dragic would certainly put that in trouble. I would only trade for Dragic if that protection is extended to at least top-10.

Dragic will most likely go to LA or NY - they're big market teams with the ability to offer the biggest contracts.

Thanks for the info. I thought it was something like that.

It's an issue that will most definitely be discussed in the Lakers' Front Office. Got a feeling that is exactly what Jim and Mitch will be talking to Dragic about IF the team gets him

Apparently they talked last week and Phoenix wants the top-5 protection removed :nono:
