Most Improved: Miles Plumlee. I would say Stephensen, Dragic, or Isaiah Thomas but I knew they could be NBA players. Plumlee has floored me. He was average in college, did little in Indy to indicate he could be useful, but in Phoenix he's totally blown up.

Not sure why Barnes has been the consensus pick for sixth man on here... he's shooting 42 percent from the field and is averaging just 10.6 ppg with 3.9 rpg. He would be an excellent player with more playing time, but the voting on the award is all about stats.... not potential.
