Yeah for some reason interest in him hasn't been real strong.

Heard he want UNLV gig but they are giving Rice another year

I think it's a great hire. He was very successful at UCLA. Basically one recruiting class was his demise.

I think he'll have them in the tournament by 2018.

It could be great, or a disaster. I don't see much in between. Good news is that if its a disaster, it's only MSU. If he does well, he can take a step up somewhere in the near future and get back to a spotlight program.
