I assume we are still talking about Boye. Why would anyone leave the team at this point in the season, especially if he is likely to play in certain situations.

There are a lot of things behind the scenes that as fans, we do not see. It is very unfortunate but what are we going to do about it. Hate to see him go, he was a favorite of mine and the dude could lay the lumber.

hokiesports actually shows Martin as a Sr. rather than as a r-Jr. It does say that he didn't play in 2009, so he should be a r-Jr. Odd. But guess it doesn't matter if he's not coming back next year.

He's not returning next season. I don't see that as too big a deal. Malleck is better and its not like we can't replace him. This isn't Jeff King walking away. If he's done playing football, more power to him. That's his decision. Thanks for your contributions and finish this year out strong
