I think we should do the All Star cap limit in baseball. It can be all time, with a $125 salary cap. The catch is, any player who hasn't played in an AS game is ineligible. This will eliminate some of the good young players and a ton of old time players, as the AS game didn't start till 1933, so Walter Johnson for example would be ineligible. Babe Ruth played in a couple, so he would just be $25 flat, everyone else I say play as they lay
