So since NFL is next then how about the open draft from 1990-2016?
Players had to play a game in the 1990 season or later, a player that played one game in 1989 or earlier is not eligible.
You can only select a max of 2 players per team. Since there is not a number of seasons requirement this shouldn't be too difficult.
