I hate to vote for Nos but I feel his pitching is much better. Spahn as the #3 pitcher is a wow. Spahn is #1 and just insane the pitching nos has. Both lineups are good and I feel are even.

Hockey's team is better than I originally thought but too many current players for my liking and I believe I have the best team ive ever drafted in a MLB draft. I vote me...

My team is honestly the perfect match up for Nos.

He starts 3 lefties vs a right handed dominate lineup.

Evans has had massive success vs both Niekro and Seaver. Adding in my middle of the order with 3 guys with 580 homers as the lowest.

Every single guy in my lineup gets on base well.

If it's about "current" guys idk what's the point in doing this then. Felix is a HOF lock. Scherzer is getting CY two this year. And Sale dominates everyone.

After game 3 sale would be in the pen as well.

Nos team is actually really good. But his strength is pitching and my lineup has everything that would beat it.

That's what's annoying on these. Hitting beats pitching every single time with legends. You are never getting These guys out consistently. Mccutchen is a .400 OBP guy himself.

The current guy thing is why not just do a current draft if thats what you're gonna draft, it seems like the lazy way out.

My rotation, lineup, bench and pen are all better than yours, dont really think there is any debating that.

Your lineup is better? Lol. The lineups are not even close.

My bench does what a bench does.

My bullpen is better especially adding sale.

Your rotation is better. But my lineup is equipped to face it.

O and I have this years two CY Young award winners...

I like Hockeys lineup better, Nos pitching a little better. I went through pitcher vs lineup game by game, honestly had it 3-3, which would leave Palmer vs Weaver in game 7. With a little better bullpen to boot, sealed the deal

Nos in 7

It's not lazy if they are good.

Ritz stole Trout. McCutchen is the next best thing at CF.

Tell me a catcher at Posey's price tag better than him

Tell me a catcher at Posey price tag better than him? Shit tell me how many there are in general all time. Guy is a winner and a star.

Altuve will need to suffer a stroke to not get 3,000 hits.

It isn't lazy. It's knowing ALL Time talent when you see it.

Where did I say benches suck lol.

You said your lineup was better without a debate. Sorry if I don't trust you bullpen judgement lol.

We are voting on how good everyone is. Sale has flat out dominated since he's been called up. Bullpen and a starter. He's a weapon doing thugs only Pedro could.

Just pointing out that him and Scherzer will soon be adding CYs.

You said your bench does what benches do, your bench sucks so therefor benches must suck!

Part of voting is voting on longevity and greatness over time, Sales arm could fall off tomorrow and you wouldnt remember his name in 10 years. I agree some of the current players you have are great but you cant just asume they will always be great. All of my players were great! I have ZERO current players...

He's 25 and will be approaching 900 LOLZ.

And we are drafting on what they DO. And judging them
On that.

Altuve has always hit. That's who I took. I took the 25 year old Altuve who has hit.

So if at 32 Altuve is hitting .335 with 30 homers or .240 and still no power it doesn't matter anyways.

He's a star now.

I have a 400 home run hitter(Evans or Konkero)

A gold glove center fielder who can run, hit and gold glove(Gonzalez)

Dyson to strictly run

A 7 time gold glove catcher to shut down a run game late

And a utility infielder.

That is literally 110% what a manager looks for in a bench lol. A guy for everything.

Baseball is strategy. And anyone outside Gardy managing my team would roll with this.

Don't have to sell me on Felix all time, he's there. Scherzer, pretty close. I like Altuve, Sale and Posey, but there's a little more futures market there. Could you sell me that Altuve will be Biggio? Maybe. Is he Jackie or Morgan? Can't say that yet

He has 728 so im not sure about approaching 900. 32 year Altuve hitting .335? He has hit over .300 once and isn't even over .300 this year. lolzzz

Wow see this is where your ignorance shine brightest.

You said he's 2300 hits away. Yet he's already at 728. So you want to be technical? Then be technical. Because he's going over 800 hits this year so that would be approaching 900

Learn to read. I didn't say .335 is what he will hit, I said it doesn't matter.

I drafted the current hitter he is for my 9 hole.

The fact you put him lead off shows that 1. You don't know baseball or 2. Think highly of him as it is.

So either way, not a strong look.
