Nice to see Allie is transitioning well as a hitter. It's also interesting that, in the comments, the author suggests that Stark and the prospects are very much on the same page in terms of the development strategy, that they really seem to buy into the system.

we have a system?
doesnt seem like it when you measure the results the last 10-15 years with all the high draft choices we have and the number of draft choices each year.

I dont think previous gms ever had a plan, except go cheap on the draft.

Love NH or hate him, he had a plan for the farm system(spend huge in the draft/get talent in amateur international free agency).

Very true, whether the plan is the correct one remains to be seen, but it isn't for lack of forethought or planning.
