I think EB brings attention to detail and accountability. That is what I like. If you screw up, he is going to let you know…but then he is going to work with you. That is what a good coach does.

This again reminds me of the first Joe Gibbs era. Coach Gibbs was an aw shucks and didn't cuss but he demanded excellence. You can coach the shit out of a guy as long as he knows you have his best interests at heart. When that happens most will respond positively. I worked with a coach like that some years ago, he didn't take any shit or excuses and he coached hard but the kids knew he cared. Sadly he died in a car accident a couple of years after winning the state championship.
