Damn, I get it, I guess.

If it were me, I'd be there. This guy is almost certainly going to be the #1 pick - only one chance for that photo op.

Myles Garrett would be a God-send for the Cowboys. Too bad, I don't think this trade could even be pulled off in Madden.

What would the Boys have to give up to get him? From 28 to 1. I would switch firsts and throw in several #2 this year and down the road. (those are JJ's picks anyway).

Joking aside, what would it take?

Well I hope it costs him millions for opening his mouth about the "playing in cold"
This isn't a pick and choose league, you play for who drafted you and you give them everything you have.

More than Dallas is willing/able to part with, I would imagine.

Idealism is great and all, but your statement is factually incorrect. We have seen it before, granted they were QBs, but if a rookie makes a big enough stink about not wanting to go somewhere...

They may not get to choose where they go, exactly, but they damn sure do have a lot of say in where they don't want to go.

I sure don't disagree that Dallas would part with what it would take, but what would it take?

1st, 2nd, 3rd this year
1st, 2nd next year

Maybe that gets it done?

The draft has become a circus for NFL ratings in April. I think it's refreshing a players wants no part and prefers to stay with the people that supported him throughout his life.

Naaahhh. Just let Cleveland take their next QBOTF, Myles comes to SF, and Dallas returns to their regularly scheduled 8-8 program.

Probably not enough. Might have to add in a 3rd year of a 1st and 2nd and a 4th year 2nd or 3rd. Asking a bad team with the first overall pick to trade back 27 spots is going to command a steep price.

This is the Browns we are talking about. They could probably send zeke over for Garrett, then draft a replacement RB.
