Being a Miss St alum this one hurts but he was loved around the college football world and sport world in general. I remember when he flew into Starkville the day he was hired, it was like Miss St just hired the greatest coach ever, masses assembled. Funny thing is most watched him just as much for his interviews and press conferences than his great football mind. He was a character. RIP.

College Football without Mike Leach is now a lot less colorful and entertaining.

We were all lucky as fans to be alive during this era to enjoy such a wonderful character.
