He came out later and said he wasn't entirely honest because he knew of allegations that he reported, but knew nothing of an arrest for felonious assault - which is true, because it never happened.

So he was asked about the "revelation from yesterday"? IE, the McMurphy report that said there was an arrest when there wasn't one? No shit Urban said it didn't happen. No shit when he first heard about it the night before and said do some research he came up with nothing. The arrest never frickin happened.

He knew of the allegations and reported them. He didn't know of the supposed arrest he had just learned about. His words absolutely made it sounds like there was nothing reported or alleged.
