I'm not a part of this debate.....my comment had nothing to do about proving a point. Mine was simply a statement about Coach Cal's ability to recruit and also about the absence of SU commits.

Jimmy B doesn't need McD AA's to succeed, and you know that better than anyone.

One thing to consider is that McD AA's sometimes get selected to that team because of the name of the school they committed to. Not that they aren't great HS players, but it definitely has a factor. It's very similar to all the undeserving ND recruits that make it into the Army AA football game simply because NBC airs both Irish regular season games and that HS AA game....
