In my opinion missed calls is going to happen every time there is a game - they are human and it happens. What seems unusual to me is for the NBA to actually admit that mistakes are being made. Seems like to me they are selling out their ref's which is not good either for the morale of the ref's. They should have closed door meeting to discuss it and make corrections and then made a statement.
