As for Moss, I saw Pelini said he was in Arizona with personal issues but he also has a hearing Monday for indecency charges from Dec 2012.

He will be back in Lincoln Monday. He is not going to be in the bowl game because of the court date in Lancaster county and I would suspect he went home for the holiday since he is not playing.

It appears he already had a failure to appear in January 2013, two reschedules and this is a plea without hearing so he must of plea bargained. If his lawyer can stand in for him I don't know.
